New House in Hancock, Vermont
Dear Dick and Paul,
Our home in Lenox has a large window shelf over the front door in the entranceway. When we sold our Vermont home in 2005 ... we wanted to have a model of "Ledge View" built to put on the shelf over the front door here in Lenox. It has taken us three years to find the carpenter/furniture maker to have our dream come true.... Back in November of 2007 I contacted Nancy in your office to ask for a set of the architectural drawings which Mark (cabinetmaker) requested so he could build our Vermont house model to scale. We also gave him lots of pictures and worked with him on the color of the house.
I hope you enjoy the enclosed pictures of the "enthroning" of Ledge View. We have such happy memories of our nine years in that wonderful home. Now we are delighted that such a lovely family occupies it.
